OUR PROCESS

OUR Building Process

STEP 1:

BRAINSTORMING & CONSULTING

Once you reach out to Triple E Homes, we get back to you promptly to schedule a time to meet and discuss your ideas. You’ll share your ideas, needs, and vision for your home. If you’ve already met with an architect, we’ll review your designs. If not, we look at design layouts or photographs you’ve found online to brainstorm together. Consultations may take place in person or by phone, according to your preference.

STEP 2:

THE SITE VISIT

After we craft a plan, it’s time to visit your site. We’ll study your property, discuss logistics, and anticipate site-specific design elements. At this point, we can work closely with engineers and drafters who will design a home that fits your lot, taste, and style. After we assess your property, we'll craft a plan for the building process.

STEP 3:

FINALIZING THE PLAN

After we craft a building plan, we’ll wait for your input before moving forward. Because this is your home, we strive to create it exactly how you want it. At this point, a budget will be fine-tuned, you will sign off on the final cost of your home-building project, and secure financing.

STEP 4:

PRE-CONSTRUCTION

After you’ve approved the final plans, we’ll obtain all necessary permits for your construction project, including the site prep work needed to meet local code requirements. We'll then coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to secure the best quality materials for your project. You’ll also meet with a project manager to review the construction process together.

STEP 5:

THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

Once the project is in the hands of our home builders, you can relax and watch your dream home come together piece by piece. We'll keep in contact with you each step of the way. Should hurdles arise, we'll talk with you about changes before proceeding. And we'll work with your timeline throughout the process.

STEP 6:

THE WALK-THROUGH

Once construction is complete, a building inspector will conduct a final inspection to verify that all gas, plumbing, and electric meet code standards. During our final walk-through with you, we test appliances, electrical systems, and other custom details that were included in your contract. Once your expectations are met, it’s time for you to move into your new, custom-crafted home.
