Triple E Homes is a family business. Founded in 2020, brothers Elmer and Ivan Esh joined with cousin Paul Esh to blend their diverse backgrounds and create a custom home building team. Our experts are creative, energetic, and committed to quality craftsmanship.
Rooted in the Amish tradition, the Esh family is passionate about building custom, one-of-a-kind homes in Centre County and across central Pennsylvania.

Co-Founder & Builder
Elmer Esh
Born and raised in Centre County, PA, Elmer worked on a dairy farm after school until the age of 16, learning the value of hard work. Elmer then took his dedicated work ethic into construction and has spent the last 18 years building custom homes.
A specialist in home building, Elmer finds collaborating with customers the most rewarding part of the job. Each family has unique ideas that make their home unlike any other. When customers bring photos and ideas, he turns their design dreams into reality. A resident of Bellefonte, PA, Elmer takes pride in building a business that carries the name and tradition of his family.

Paul Esh
Raised on his family's 110-acre, 80-cow dairy farm, Paul's background in farming gave him a greater appreciation for detailed craftsmanship and green resources. With over 15 years of experience in construction, Paul strives to incorporate the beauty of nature into each build.
Motivated by providing each customer with a quality experience, Paul enjoys working with families to design and create their dream home. A lifelong resident of Centre County, PA, Paul finds inspiration spending time outdoors with family and friends.

Ivan Esh
Born and raised in Howard, PA, Ivan worked as a young boy in his father’s leather shop. Creating leather dress belts and custom gun holsters, he learned the fine detail that goes into successful craftsmanship. Ivan quickly fell in love with construction over 15 years ago and has been attending to the unique details of individual homes ever since.
Ivan enjoys the new challenges that each customer brings to home building. The most satisfying feeling he knows is watching a new home come together in its final stages. An avid outdoorsman, Ivan cherishes time enjoying nature with family.
